Microscopy platform for high-throughput screening of zebrafish

we intend to use a microscopy platform for high-throughput screening to analyze the development, physiology and behavior of zebrafish cells, embryos and larvae. For this purpose, we plan to incubate a large number of living samples over long periods of time and to create time-lapse recordings. Therefore, we intend to use a microscopeto acquire ie-platform intentionell for (i) the recording of large numbers of samples at different magnifications, (ii) in as short sequence, (iii) at at elevated sensitivity for live images of low fluorescent signals and (iv) the stable incubation various temperatures, built and suitableorm is placed in the premises of our fish room facility, where it can be used by all users in a wide range of disciplines.
