The system contractor/supplier is obliged to propose detailed technical specifications of devices, software and licenses.2. Conditions Order Completion Deadline: Hardware delivery by September 2026; implementation of the migration service in January - February 2027. Place of delivery / service performance: Kujawy Cement Plant.3. Requirements for Bidders (Criteria Qualification) An offer may be submitted by Contractors who have the necessary knowledge, experience and technical potential to update and migrate the MicroSCADA environment.4.
