Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the microbiological determinations of soil and water samples and the services related to the determinations. In addition, the object of the agreement includes the analyzes related to the purpose described above, which the Supplier uses for microbiological determinations. Microbiological determinations of soil and water samples are related to the investigation of suspected environmental crimes. Environmental crime samples are various natural water, wastewater or solid samples (e.g. soil or sediment samples). Samples are collected from the suspected emission, the emission source and the surrounding area. The analysis of the samples includes the identification and concentration determination of various microbiological harmful substances with the necessary pretreatments. The research order defines which parameters of the samples are studied at any given time. The procurement object is described in more detail in the request for tenders in appendix 2 Description and requirements of the procurement object and in appendix A Agreement. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is three (3) years. The contract includes an option to extend the contracts for a maximum three (3) year option period. SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The expected value of the procurement excluding value added tax is 50, 000 to 120, 000 euros during the contract period, including the option period. Acquired the predicted value of the determinations is difficult to estimate because it depends on the number of events that require determination. Hansel Oy acts in a consultative role in the bidding
