Tender Details

Microbial damage repair of the exterior walls will start at the site. Construction work to be carried out in the project mainly: - Interior and exterior demolition of exterior walls in accordance with Ratu 82-0383 - Vapor barrier sealing works - Restoration of demolished structures - Coating works such that, that there is no discernible border between the old and repaired structure. The contract also includes all the preparation, protection, scaffolding and finishing work required for the above-mentioned works, as well as other work required by good construction practice. The contract includes exterior walls repair to the extent shown in the drawings. In addition, all the wooden parts of the facade will be service painted (for the building to be repaired, the so-called old part). The contract also includes increasing the cooling of the building according to the plans. Repairing the interior parts of the building must be carried out between June and July. Before submitting an offer, you must familiarize yourself with the site in accordance with the contract program. If, as a result of a previous tender (suspended procurement, Linnunlaulu daycare center's microbial damage repair 604694), the contractor familiar with the destination, there is no need to visit again.
