Construction work to be carried out in the project mainly: - Interior and exterior demolition of exterior walls in accordance with Ratu 82-0383 - Vapor barrier sealing works - Restoration of demolished structures - Coating works such that, that there is no discernible border between the old and repaired structure. The contract also includes all the preparation, protection, scaffolding and finishing work required for the above-mentioned works, as well as other work required by good construction practice. The contract includes exterior walls repair to the extent shown in the drawings. In addition, all the wooden parts of the facade are service painted. The contract also includes increasing the cooling of the building according to the plans. The repair of the interior parts of the building must be carried out between June and July.
