1) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc through the CY 2026-20%-LDF- Annual Budget to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and Seventy-Eight Centavos (Php 999, 998.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MHO ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (PHASE III). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for MHO ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING (PHASE III). Completion of the Works is required until 56 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
