The purpose of this market project is the MHE of the Super DICOM generator consisting of the replacement of the continuous wave generator C and the MCO of the Super DICOM generator as a whole.
The MHE service must cover the study, manufacturing, supply of parts or sets of parts andassembly in the mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and IT fields.
The Super DICOM generator must make it possible to experimentally simulate thermomechanical damage generated by a lightning impact on a structure. He is at a fixed position and carries out between 200 and 300 shots per year.
It is equipped with two HV power supplies (100kV and 2.2kV), a control system and three generators which can be associated depending on the type of test to be carried out:
•A wave generator composed of 5 Marx in parallel,
•B wave generator composed of 4 95yF capacitors,
•Wave generatorC composed of 8 250yF capacitors.
The continuous wave generator C is a lightning generator capable of delivering a current with an intensity of up to 1000A for a duration of up to 1.2sec.
This market project is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisionsons of articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the public procurement code.
