The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1, 250 employees. This is being solicited on a sole source basis. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Elizabeth City, NC intends to negotiate and award an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract to Airbus Helicopters, Inc. of Grand Prairie, TX on an other than full and open competition basis under the authority of FAR 6.103 (FAR Class Deviation 25-11) for various spare parts used on the MH-65E aircraft. The spare parts will be supplied via issuance of individually funded Delivery Orders. Airbus Helicopters, France is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the parts in this requirement and Airbus Helicopters, Inc (Cage Code 3GSZ1) is the only approved source of supply/service for the parts in this requirement. The contract will consist of a one-year Base Period, and if exercised, four (4) one-year Option Periods.
