The subject of this quotation is the compilation of a fire safety report, ventilation report and lighting report in line with the relevant national legislation, guidelines and standards for the proposed Victoria Parks. Advise and liaise with the Contracting Authority-s design team to ensure that the designs and architectural layout of the Victoria Parks meets the minimum requirement of the intended uses of the proposed facility in terms of ventilation, fire safety and lighting. The place of acceptance of this service shall be the Head Office, Strategy and Support Divi-sion, Ministry for Gozo and Planning, St Francis Square, Victoria, Gozo. The time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be within three (3) weeks from the date of the letter of acceptance, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
