Bid Submission Instructions
Bid proposals must be submitted by placing them in the designated bid drop box at the Agus 2 HPP Lobby, Pawak, Saguiaran, Lanao del Sur, on or before the scheduled date and time for the opening of bids.
Each bidder shall submit their proposal in a sealed long envelope containing three (3) complete sets of the bid documents:
One (1) Original Copy, clearly marked "ORIGINAL COPY"; and
Two (2) Certified True Copies, each clearly marked "CERTIFIED TRUE COPY."
