The system shall provide safe access for maintenance personnel and shall be suitable for exterior mechanical equipment areas. Documents
The Government is not requiring an specific brand, manufacturer or proprietary system. Any proposed product shall meet or exceed the minimum technical, safety, dimensional and documentation requirements.
All components must be brand new and in serviceable condition, free from defects, corrosion, deformation, cracks, missing parts, or damage that could affect safe use.
