The service concerns the implementation of measurement activities on all types of rail vehicles. The specialist areas to be covered include running technology, (operational) strength, brakes and noise measurement. In addition, the implementation of Engineering services in the areas of measurement technology, simulation and design required. To provide these services, ÖBB is looking for qualified support in the following six lots: Lot 1: Technical driving measurement Lot 2: Braking technology Measurement Lot 3: Acoustic measurement Lot 4: Measurement of operational strength Lot 5: Measurement of aerodynamic behavior Lot 6: Construction and simulation Lot 1 technical driving measurement Carrying out driving measurements in full in accordance with valid standards (EN 14363, EN12299) or according to the test specification. Evaluation of the test results and handover of a test report in German. Lot 2 Braking measurement Carrying out complete braking measurements in accordance with valid standards (UIC 544-1, UIC 541-05, EN15595, EN 16185) or according to the test specification.
