The scope of this project is to carry out meter reading and revenue protection activities for KAHRAMAA. The primary activity involves the collection of electricity and water meter readings to ensure accurate billing and monitoring of consumption. In addition to meter reading, the scope includes related field activities such as the disconnection and reconnection of electricity and water services, as instructed by KAHRAMAA. It is also required to secure the service cabinets with tamper-resistant locks. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary resources required to execute the scope efficiently, including skilled manpower, supervision, tools, transportation, and operational support.
