even before swissgrid was founded, counters of the borders of the swiss transmission network were read out with a zfa (remote meter reading). The zfa has been integrated in swissgrid`s central energy data management system (edm) since 2014. The meter data read out are written directly into the edm database. The plausibility check and aggregation are carried out in a sepaadvise module made. The existing processes and job systems are designed for daily preparation. As soon as swissgrid reads counters, processes must be fully automated and carried out within 15 minutes. The resulting values are used as a basis for forecasting the loss of activity. In order to increase the speed, the zfa from the bexisting system can be extracted and provided with additional functions. In order to replace the old and introduce a new solution, swissgrid is looking for a partner who can support the implementation and operation of the solution. 2.7 place of service provision all services are in the provider`s own premises (off-site) and at swissgrid agin aarau (on-site). 2.8 term of the contract, the framework agreement or the dynamic procurement system start: 01.08.2020, end: 31.07.2025 this order can be extended: yes description of the extensions: based on the expected life cycle of the application, the contract can be up to twice for three (3) years and danach be extended by two (2) years. The maximum contract term is 10 years until 07/31/2030. 2.9 options yes description of the options: in addition to the contract extension of the basic services for a further 5 years, further development services as well as possible extensions of the sla without a purchase obligation for swissgrid. Those providers are invited to the presentation who can advance to first place after evaluating the award criteria and receiving the maximum number of points for the presentation. In the event that this requirement is met by more than 3 providers, those will be 3 providersr invited who rank 1st, 2nd and 3rd after evaluating the award criteria.
