Hydrometeorology monitoring Marine weather This contract consists of providing meteorological assistance services in the territory of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis. The purpose of this contract is meteorological assistance, in particular for CVH attached to the GEMAPI service of Métropole-Aix-Marseille-Provence (lot 1), making it possible to meet specific daily needs, but also during periods of vigilance or hydrometeorological crisis. This technical assistance is expected on the entire territory of the Metropolis (3, 148 km², 92 municipalities), as well as on a regional scale, allowing the understanding and anticipation of global phenomena that could affect the metropolitan area. The services provided within the framework of this market aims to provide the harbor masters of the marinas of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis with the following information: - a weather forecast bulletin for 4 calendar days, giving the evolution of the weather, winds, temperatures and sea state. - a daily weather forecast bulletin the evening before for the next day giving the weather configuration, visibility, maximum and minimum air and water temperatures, wind direction and its variation, average and gust wind speed, sea state, wind sea and swell, confidence index (the description of which is provided in the technical brief). - a weather report bulletin...
