Acceptance of goods and materials in the warehouse of the Buyer
1) KP must be issued on the official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation.
2) In the KP it is necessary to specify the price for goods and services - VAT, including delivery to the warehouse of the Buyer, taking into account the packaging (Packingmust be only in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- units of measurement in the KP should match the requested;
- attitude to the products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.)
- delivery time to the buyer's warehouse;
- warranty conditions;
-volume and weight (for the whole volume);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
3) Products must be new, not used,
4) Before shipment it is necessary to provide a photo card of goods packing, photo of product marking (labeling requirements in the loaded documentation)
