This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12 Simplified Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation and attachments are included. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.GOV. Quoters shall follow the method of quote submission set forth in the solicitation.
The RFQ number is N0018926QW072. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06 and DFARS Publication Notice 20251110. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Regional Directorate Contracting Department, intends to acquire commercial items and services, for the purchase and installation of the System 90 Shelving system on board ships stores afloat.
