Description

This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Purchasing and Contracts, on behalf of the Critical Care Medicine Department (CCMD), intends to award a fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to the University of California, Davis located at 1850 Research Park Dr. Suite 300

Davis, California 95618-6153, for a nine (9) month base year of Metabolomic, Lipidomic, and Bioinformatics Analysis of Plasma Samples. The period of performance will be from 06/11/2025 to 03/10/2026.

The Critical Care Medicine Department requires comprehensive metabolic, lipidomic, and bioinformatics analysis for 224 plasma samples. The primary objective of this analysis is to generate high-resolution molecular profiles to identify biomarkers and metabolic signatures that are critical to advancing our current research initiatives.
