The Merwehaven is part of MerweVierhavens (M4H), a port area that will be transformed in the coming years into a dynamic mix of working, living and facilities. A total of approximately 2, 500 homes will be built in the Merwehaven. What makes the area special is that in addition to housing, there is also a focus on creating workspace for makers and creative companies, from workshops to offices. The urban development plan assumes approximately 30, 000 m2 of activity and approximately 15, 000 m2 of facilities.
