Merchandise and gift items for Aalborg University This tender relates to a framework agreement for merchandise and gift items. The background for this tender is to ensure attractive purchasing conditions for the purchase of merchandise and gift items. AAU wants to enter into one overall framework agreement in order to achieve benefits and savings by aggregating the purchase of these goods from the same supplier. The university consists of many institutes and departments, each with their own individual budget, and for that reason it is crucial for AAU that that the future supplier can offer a wide range of merchandise and gift items in different qualities and in different price ranges, so that there is something to choose from for every arrangement, event, etc. It is also crucial for AAU, that the future supplier can support the sale of merchandise and gift items via AAU's purchasing system in order to make the purchase of this as easy as possible for all buyers at AAU. With this tender, AAU also wants the future supplier to be included in a tripartite agreement on the delivery and sale of merchandise to a third party (Academic Books), so that the purchase of AAU merchandise is also possible for students, visiting students, employees, etc. (see other tender material). The future supplier must in connection with conclusion of the agreement to take over AAU's current stock at Idé House of Brands with a view to having these goods disposed of as soon as possible.
