A brief description of the procurement: The mentoring club is one of the forms of mentoring, which differs from the traditional doubles organization mainly in that the work takes place in the group. The mentoring clubs of the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (hereinafter also the contracting authority) are intended for start -ups who have received support from the contracting authority. The mentoring club organizes trainings that are interactive and solved tasks, discussing various business topics, raising problems and looking for solutions with the mentoring club trainer and mentors. The mentor club organized is a business organization in nature and content aimed at transmitting business experiences and knowledge to a start -up entrepreneur to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of the company.
