This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Southwest Horizon School Division (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Melita School Hygiene Room Renovation Project in Melita, Manitoba (the “Work”).The Owner requires the services of a Contractor to complete the Scope of Work is outlined in the Specifications and Drawings included herein.For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:RFP Contact: Irma MelegritoEmail: [email protected] mandatory site visit has been scheduled as follows:Location: 125 North Street, Melita, MBDate and Time: July 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM central timeProponents are to meet at the main entrance of Melita School prior to 12:00 PM to sign the site attendance sheet.Proponents are to pre-register by email to the RFP Contact at [email protected].
