Tender classification: a one-stage public tender with an additional competitive procedure. The work includes: planning and execution of the conversion of old air conditioning systems operating on R22 refrigerant to systems operating on R407C refrigerant. These are new Dx units and the implementation of existing BITA adjustments. Prerequisites: The following are prerequisites that must be met by the deadline for submitting the bids: 1. The bidder will attach to his bid all the approvals required according to the Public Entity Transactions Law, 1976 - 1976, including an affidavit according to the Law on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 5788 - 1998, a declaration according to the Foreign Workers Law, 2018 - 1991 and the Minimum Wage Law, 1987-1987 (as detailed in the 1987 Appendix). In addition, the bidder will fill out, sign and submit an affidavit regarding compliance with the provisions of Section 9 of the Law on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 1998-5578. 2. The bidder must demonstrate experience in performing 2 works/projects in the field of installing air conditioning systems in power plants/industrial plants/facilities Industry / industrial buildings to the extent of 300, 000 NIS (without VAT) at least for each job / project. (adjusted to the known consumer price index on the day the bids are submitted, where the base index will be considered the day the contract was concluded) that were carried out during the last 5 years preceding the deadline for submitting the bids for this tender.
