Auditorium-type setup, registration and accreditation table located at the main entrance to the room, availability for 30 parking without payment (include cost in the value of the room), 130 comfortable chairs, uniform and in good condition, main table and appropriate furniture for authorities and representatives of training institutions, Lectern, support table for equipment organizer, 25 cocktail tables distributed in food and beverage area. Audiovisual equipment: 3x2 meter modular LED screen with high resolution, 3 wireless microphones, HDMI connection and other accessories necessary for the projection of presentations, stable internet connectivity, electrical outlets and extensions for the operation of equipment, technical personnel available before and during the event. Food: Coffee break for 130 people, arranged in bar format. Season constant supply of coffee, water, tea throughout the day.
