The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the socio-economic status such as a SDVOSB set-aside if feasible. If insufficient SDVOSB responses are received to establish the basis for setting this requirement aside for SDVOSB s, the requirement may be solicited as a VOSB or a SB set aside in which case all interested parties responding shall be eligible to compete.1. GENERAL: The C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center s Surgery Service requires one Medtronic Stealth Station Fusion Cart BRAND NAME ONLY, used for precisely locating anatomical structures in either open or percutaneous procedures. 2. SCOPE: The StealthStation S8 is an intraoperative surgical navigation system that is used to guide ENT procedures. It is a computer-based workstation that loads MRI and CT scans and uses an optical or electromagnetic tracking system that co-registers the patient s anatomy with the MRI/CT scans and tracks sterile instruments during surgery. The current device has reached end of life, and the need was identified by Dr. Hall. 3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall provide the full requested quantity of products listed below.
