Tenderer for the various medicines needed in 12 months for the prescription-only pharmacies operating in his institution that supply medicines to the public (including magisterial preparations and the products financed with individual equity), wants to buy bandages, medical aids and other preparations from the Kbt. On the basis of a framework agreement concluded with several bidders pursuant to Section 104 (3). Approx. Based on point a) of paragraph (2) of § 105, the case-by-case order, § 104 According to the conditions specified in the framework agreement according to paragraph (3), it is made by the contracting authority through a direct order from the tenderer selected according to point a) of § 105, paragraph (2). Tenderer is the Kbt. Section 50. (2) d) reserved requirements by specifying the frame amount in the announcement, in view of § 3. 18. for reservations. Framework amount: HUF 962, 000, 000 net. When determining the framework amount, the expected value was determined with a quantity difference of 30%. Total amount 12+12 was determined with regard to the month.
