A16AB03 Alphagalsidase A16AB07 Alphaglucosidase A16AX10 Eliglustat The purpose of this procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of group A16 drugs on the basis of the descriptions given in Appendix 1. The procurement is divided into 3 parts. The offer can be submitted to one or more to the part. The expected quantities indicated in Annex 1 are based on the previous experience of the procurer and are not binding for the execution of the framework contract. The supplier orders products in accordance with the real need arising from the provision of health care services and is not bound by the expected quantities to buy out. The procurer has the right to increase the amount of the medicine listed in Appendix 1 by 30% of the tender's cost, which is also the maximum cost of the framework contract.
