INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES
1) The Local Government Unit of Prieto Diaz, through the PMNP Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-One Pesos and 76/100 Only (Php 1, 512, 451.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Prieto Diaz now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Medicines. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
