The supply of goods (medicines) must be carried out by economic entities that have the appropriate license for the retail trade of medicines, issued by the State Service of Ukraine for Medicines and Drug Control. Apart from the above-mentioned license required for participation in the procurement, it is also necessary to fill in the table of price offers, which is fixed in the appendices to this procurement, on the basis of which the customer will choose the winner from among the participants. The customer does not consider the offers counterparties of any form of ownership with ultimate beneficiaries in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Each of the participants will undergo the internal qualification selection of the Customer, which will directly affect the decision-making process.
