PURCHASE OF MEDICINE
ITB No. 2026-VIII-10-01
1. The Local Government Unit of Sibalom, through the Trust Fund (Philhealth Yakap)-, intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Forty nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php1, 949, 850.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Medicine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Sibalom, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the Purchase of Medicine of the Sibalom Primary Care Facility of the Municipality of Sibalom, Antique. Supply and Delivery is required within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed and/or Purchase Order.
Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
