Medicinal products containing the active substance Obinutuzumab The subject of the public contract is the ongoing supply of medicinal products containing the active substance Obinutuzumab with a strength of 1000 MG in a 40 ML vial (hereinafter referred to as "medicinal products" or "goods"). The specification of the required medicinal product is given in the ZD and in the price offer form, which is Annex No. 2 of this ZD. Ongoing deliveries of medicinal products will be made on the basis of partial orders placed according to current needs the contracting authority for a period of two years from the date of entry into force of the Purchase Agreement.
