Tender Details

The purpose of the tender is to have supply contracts for the acquisition of "AFATINIB, ERLOTINIB, LENVATINIB and SUNITINIB HCM 2026-2027", which allow the timely supply of the necessary products in the care of hospital users for the 2026 - 2027, in the circumstances that these products were not provided by the National Central for the Supply of Health Services, nor are they available in electronic catalogs of the Framework Agreement, in coordinated purchases and/or joint purchases of the Ministry of Health, or its Acquisition is disadvantageous with respect to the result of this tender, nor exist in the property of other state agency or shared services that allow satisfying the requirement, whose most advantageous conditions will be informed in the opportunity corresponding to the direction of Purchases, in accordance with the provisions of the D.S. No. 661, of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance. The supply contract indicated above will be effective every time it is necessary, through the issuance of purchase orders sent to the supplier awarded by the platform www.mercadopublica.cl.
