Ultrasound medical ultrasound transducers, Doppler effect or echo - 1 PIECE OF ENDOCAVITARY TRANSDUCER.- ARTICLE 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for in accordance with Article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the Contracting Law of the State, contained in Decree No. 74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette “La Gaceta” dated September 17, 2001, will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. The Terms and Conditions and the Construction and Supervision of Public Works Contract must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also apply to purchases made through electronic catalog.
