Request for quotes for the first time at normal speed
The University Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in Aleppo announces its need to request price offers to secure medical consumables for the hospital for the first time (at normal speed)
For whoever wishes to participate and who meets the conditions mentioned in the systemM contracts issued by Law No. (51) of 2004 submitting his offer in three closed envelopes within a fourth envelope on which the bidder`s name is written according to the following:
The first envelope: It contains the primary insurance and identification documents, for which a financial stamp of / 1500 / SP / 100 / SP is affixed, in exchange for a request for participation in the tender and for meeting temporary guarantees.
The envelopeSecond: It contains the technical offer, specifications and technical models
The third envelope: Contains the financial offer, with tables of prices, individual and total quantities
Primary insurance (1, 000, 000) SP. Million Syrian pounds only
Final deposits (10%) of the referral value
Execution period: (90) ninety daysStart from the day after the date the contractor is notified
The bidder`s commitment period to his offer is ninety days from the date of opening offers, and the period is renewed automatically in the event of no objection
The contracting takes place according to the provisions of Law 51/2004 and the general conditions book issued by Decree 450/ dated 12/9/2004.
