The subject of the order is the provision of occupational medicine services with a medical package for employees of the Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, Grjec, Kraków, Racibórz, Wabrzych and Hel along with a medical package for their family members. for a period of 48 months, including the provision of health services referred to in Art. 2 section 1 point 10 of the Act of April 15, 2011 on medical activities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 156) in the following areas: 1) medical care in the field of medicine employee's work - for approximately 192 employees of the Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, 2) basic medical care of the employee - for approximately 97 employees of the Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences;3) additional medical care of the employee - for approximately 52 employees of the Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences;4) care medical care of one family member or life partners for approximately 20 employees of the Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.5) medical care of two or more family members and/or life partners for approximately 12 employees of the Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
