The project documentation will deal with the construction of eight separate surgeries and two interconnected specialist surgeries, including the necessary technical and operational facilities for staff and social facility. The solution will also include the related construction and technical modifications of the building, in particular the insulation of the building envelope including the modification of the facade, the replacement of windows, the construction of a new elevator, modification of the roof sheathing, solutions for air conditioning and other necessary modifications to the technical equipment of the building related to the operation of the medical facility.
