1) The Province of Negros Occidental through the GoP - 2025 20% Provincial Development Fund intends to apply the sum of FORTY SEVEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND (P47, 440, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF MEDICAL OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR SYSTEM FOR THE USE OF TLJPH of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
