According to the MERITU explanation, the source of financing should be indicated with the specific name of the subject of the procurement, but since according to the Procedure for determining the subject of procurement, the subject of procurement of goods and services is determined by the customer in accordance with paragraphs 17 and 32Article 1 of the Law and on the basis of the National Classifier of Ukraine DK 021: 2015 "Single Procurement Vocabulary", approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of December 23, 2015 No. 1749 (hereinafter - the Uniform Procurement Vocabulary), by the indicator of the third or fourth digitmain vocabulary with parentheses for the specific product or service name. Since no source of funding for the classifier is provided with a source of funding, we do not have the opportunity to indicate it in the procurement. But to listen and follow the recommendations of the people who createthe legislative mechanism of public procurement and somehow satisfy the desire of MERITU to name the source of procurement in the notes to the subject of procurement, as another rational way out of this situation the tender committee of our institution does not see.
