FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR ASSISTANCE ON MISSION

Summary

The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders divided into 4 lots, in order to select one or more Providers likely to provide the following services:

• Lot 1: Medical Insurance and Repatriation for the staff and guests of the Organization;

• Lot 2: Contact platform for crisis situations;

• Lot 3: Platforms: A - analysis and information B - monitoring of travelers on mission;

• Lot 4: Sensitization of agents to the risks associated with missions abroad. Protection of agents in countries presenting high-risk for security.

Each tenderer is free to apply for one or more lots. In the event that a candidate bids for more than one lot, it must demonstrate the efficiency of its overall offer.

The Organization reserves the right to award one or more lots to the same Service Provider.

The limit date for submission of offer is Monday, 27th January 2020, 2pm (Paris time).

The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.
