Furthermore, Minors, Person Under Conservatorship Or Person Under Assistance That Obtained The Consent Necessary For Concluding A Contract May Be Applicable Under Cases Of Special Reasons Within The Said Clause ; (A2) Not Come Under Article 6 Of The Regulation Concerning Contract For Nho ; (A3) Have Grade A, B, C Or D In "Manufacturers Of Products" Or "Sales Of Products" For Participating In Tenders By Ministry Of Health, Labour And Welfare (Single Qualification For Every Ministry And Agency) In Kyusyu-Okinawa Region ; (A4) Meet The Qualification Requirements Which The Obligating Officer May Specify In Accordance With Article 4 Of The Regulation ;
