The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to FOUR POINTS TECHNOLOGY, L.L.C., in pursuant to the Veterans Affairs (VA) Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Subpart 819.70 The VA Veterans First Contracting program. The proposed order is for Medical Grade Refrigerators for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with FOUR POINTS TECHNOLOGY, L.L.C., 13221 Woodland Park RD, STE 400, Herndon, Virginia 20171 on behalf of the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO, 65201.The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price, NIH Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) HHSN316201500034W, Supply Purchase Order for a one-time purchase. The NAICS code is 333415 (Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1, 250 Employees. The corresponding Product Service Code is 6515 (Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies). This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available for competitive proposals as market research has determined these services are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements.
