Must submit a valid Philippine National Standard (PNS) 103:2003. The certificate must be valid for the entire period of the contract. Tanks must have PNS Quality Mark.

Must submit a valid Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practice(CGMP). The certificate must be valid for the entire period of the contract. If expiring within the contract duration, bidder must provide proof of renewal and official receipt.

Must submit a Manufacturing standard: ISO9809-3.

DELIVERY:

Supplier must provide an Initial 1, 500 Cylinder Required

Supplier may collect corresponding monthly payment

Supplier must be able to deliver anytime when needed
