Tender Details

Delivery of medical gas and liquid oxygen, purchase of NO gas mixture, as well as maintenance and occasional repair of the medical gas network

The Bidder may deviate from the quantities prescribed for each part by an additional 100% (optional part) without changing the unit price or other contractual conditions.

[Postedwarehouse conditions Part 3:

- The Bidder charges a fee (2.5% of the br. value of the used goods) to the Bidder for the operation of the system,

- the Bidder is obliged to deliver the following quantity per part as the starting basic stock of the outsourced goods warehouse,

3. part:

- Nitrogen monoxide NO orvosi gas purchase - 6 bottles

- The deadline for the first replenishment of the outsourced goods warehouse is 5 working days after the contract comes into force.

- The Tenderer usually sends the withdrawals to the Tenderer every two weeks, otherwise, depending on the shortage, the Tenderer is entitled to shorter intervalsmake a withdrawal.

- The Bidder must complete the replenishment of the stock of the outsourced goods warehouse within 3 working days after the notification by the Bidder (sending a withdrawal statement).bidder-

- The bidder is obliged to declare in the bid the acceptance of the conditions for the establishment of the outsourced goods warehouse. In the absence of the declaration - if applicable following a notice to fill in the gaps - the offer is invalid....
