Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the post-warranty technical service of medical equipment, hereinafter referred to as "medical equipment", included in the following two tasks:

Task 1 - da Vinci Si robotic surgical system

Task no. 2 - Intrabeam PRS 500 intraoperative radiotherapy system,

2. A detailed list of medical equipment subject to the technical service included in the individual tasks is included in Annex 2 to the contract template, constituting Annexes 2 and 2.1 to SIWZ.

3. The Ordering Party understands the term "Technical Service" to maintain in full technical and operational efficiency of the medical equipment covered by this order, ie: carrying out post-warranty periodic inspections, calibrations, adjustments with necessary repairs and periodic inspections.

4. The detailed scope of service activities for each of the tasks is presented in Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement template, constituting Appendix No. 2 and 2.1 to the Terms of Reference.
