Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Medical Consumables (including Lab Consumables).

Relief International, an International Humanitarian Organization based in Baghdad, invites Iraqi registered medical companies to participate in tendering for the above mentioned services.

Tender instructions:

1. Interested vendors can obtain tender documents by following way;

a. sending an email to; Procurement.iraq@ri.org with subject line ”IRQ-BGH-18-196-141-186-188-266-- Medical consumables

b. Interested bidders must send a copy of Medical Registration certificates under Iraq Ministry of Health to obtain tender dossier, otherwise tender dossier will not be shared with bidders.

2. Completed documents must be submitted no later than 3.00 pm on Wednesday, September 26th, 2018 by hand delivery in sealed envelopes marked ‘IRQ-BGH-18-196-141-186-188-266 - RI Medical Consumables-- to a tender box located at Relief International - Baghdad office located in Al Mansour Hunting Club St. next to the Syrian embassy.

3. Relief International - Iraq reserves the right to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.

4. Bids received after submission deadline above, will not be accepted

5. Bidder should deliver all files soft copies(Price proposals in EXCEL) via Flash drive or CD/DVD included in Tender Envelope
