The subject of procurement is divided into groups in accordance with the expressed needs, and for the sake of easier offering and ensuring the market competitions. Bidders can submit an offer for one, more or all groups of procurement items, and offers for each group are delivered separately and will be evaluated that way. The bidder can submit only one bid for each group. To the bidder who submits two or more for the same group offer, all his offers will be rejected for that group.
