The object of the procurement is medical compression products and a measurement service for the Etelä-Savo wellness area. The purchase of compression products includes compression sleeves, socks, pants, shirts and gloves. Standard dimensioned and made-to-order products. The titles of the items to be procured contain the terms "plain woven and circular woven", which refer to products knitted to shape and sewn to shape. A framework arrangement of four (4) years will be established as joint procurement. Anticipated procurement the value is €3, 800, 000 VAT 0%. The maximum value of the purchase is €3, 800, 000 VAT 0% for the entire contract period. The procurement is divided into twelve (12) sub-areas. For subdivisions 1, 2, 5, 10 and 11, three (3) service providers will be selected in order of priority, and for subdivision 12 all service providers that meet the requirements in order of priority. The bidder can submit sub-bids within the sub-area in sub-areas 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9. The bidder does not have to offer all the objects of the sub-sub-bid in order to participate to tender. The comparison of offers is carried out within these sub-areas on a site-by-site basis. For each site, three (3) service providers are selected in order of priority. If no offers are received for the target, the target remains in the comparison to the outside. The basis of comparison is overall economic affordability.
