SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is the state's invoicing and procurement message forwarding services as defined in the tender request and its appendices. The procurement subject is described in more detail in the tender request and its appendices, especially in appendix 1 "Description of the procurement subject" and appendices 1.1-1.6. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid for a limited period of five (5) years. The contract includes the option to extend the contract period with a maximum of two (2) option periods of a maximum of two (2) years. The conditions regarding the contract period and the termination of the contract are presented in more detail in the contract (see sections 5 and 29 of Appendix A of the request for tender). SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The scope of the procurement and estimated volumes are described in the request for tender and its appendices, especially in Appendices 1, 1.1-1.7 and 5 of the request for tender. In addition, historical data related to the volumes is presented in Appendix C.1 of the request for tender.
