The WCB is inviting your firm to submit a Proposal for the following: Monitoring, scanning, reporting and automated sentiment rating of daily digital, print and social media as it relates to the WCB and SAFE Work Manitoba.Description of ServicesThe WCB requires the Contractor to perform and/or adhere to the following:a. The Services shall normally be provided remotely from the Contractor's facilities with onsite visits at the WCB's facilities, as required, unless otherwise agreed in writing;b. The WCB intends to have its media monitoring performed by the Contractor and the Contractor shall be the WCB's preferred provider. However, the WCB does not guarantee exclusivity to the Contractor. If a lower price is available from another supplier or the WCB determines, in its unfettered discretion, that it requires a specific service which the Contractor is unable to provide in a cost effective and/or timely manner, or at all, the WCB shall be free to purchase same from another supplier;c. The WCB will have up to five (5) concurrent users who will need login access to the monitoring platform(s). There will be up to fifty (50) readers/individuals who will require access to, or be forwarded, the monitored content;d. The WCB does not require full-firehose results from X for ad-hoc or saved searches. Instead, the WCB users will flag key issues and comments;e.
