Media monitoring service The object of the procurement is the media monitoring service of the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency. Based on this acquisition, Tukes' goal is to acquire a ready-to-use media monitoring service. The starting point is a solution that can be implemented quickly. Media monitoring is a service that monitors the organization's visibility in the public eye, the success of the organization's communication measures, and the organization's operating environment. The goal of media monitoring is to proactively support the organization identifying communication needs and helping communication to react quickly to signals in the operating environment. Media monitoring is one of the daily communication tools of the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency. Based on media monitoring, Tukes e.g. analyzes its public image and measures the success of communication measures. During the contract period, Tukes can purchase as an option additional services not specified separately in this connection or possible new features that become available. Such changes can be implemented within the framework of the total value of the purchase. The introduction of new features, additional services and their possible pricing will be agreed separately per assignment. Based on the competition, Tukes chooses one supplier and makes the winner with the procurement contract. The procurement contract draft is attached to the tender request.
